We operate this website to provide information about AR Fitness & Nutrition and to support member onboarding. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

When you complete our athlete intake questionnaire, we collect the contact, emergency-contact, health, fitness, nutrition, goals, and coaching information you choose to provide. We use this information to match your questionnaire to your membership, prepare coaching services, communicate with you, and support safer programming decisions.

Intake responses may be processed and stored using Google Workspace services, including Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Access is limited to AR Fitness personnel who need the information to provide or administer coaching services.

Cookies & analytics

We use basic website analytics and performance tools to understand page usage and maintain the site. Intake answers are not intentionally sent to analytics providers.

Third-party services

Membership purchases and member records are handled by PushPress and governed by its terms and privacy practices. Google processes intake submissions on our behalf. Public social content may be provided by Meta’s platforms.

Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of an intake response, contact us at the address below. We may retain information when needed for legitimate business, safety, or legal purposes.
