Join us for a community workout!

This is a free event open to all members and non-members.

This Memorial Day weekend, join us for a workout in honor of the fallen soldier Lt. Michael Murphy.

The workout consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run.

The workout can be done by yourself or with a partner.
